This Warranty is only supplied to the original purchaser and covers only products purchased by the original purchaser from an authorized AlorAir distributor.

What AlorAir Will Do

How Long Does This Warranty Last? 
This warranty runs for
1).12 months from the date of purchase on the equipment free from defects from workmanship and materials.
2). 60 months/5 years from the date of purchase on the compressor, evaporator, and condenser. 
This warranty is limited, however, to the repair or replacement of defective equipment. If it is necessary to return the unit for service, the customer is solely responsible for proper packaging and transportation costs. Customer must initiate warranty process by contacting factory. Do not send any component or product back to factory without Return Material Authorization.    
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
1). Not apply to any part or component that is damaged during transport or handling.
2). Not cover or apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, corrosive chemicals, acts of God, disassembly, alteration, operation beyond the factory-rated capacity, incorrect maintenance or repair way, wrongly installed, operated or serviced. Routine maintenance is not covered by this warranty.
How Can I Get Service? 
In order to get warranty service before the deadline, you MUST do the following: (1) visit www.alorair.com and click Product Registration to register your purchase information which can be received by our dept. (2) have the serial number and original proof of purchase. (3) write or call for a return material authorization (RMA); Contact us at:

We will inspect the product without charge feedbacks the inspection result to you within 72 hours. 
1). If the product is returned to us on or before ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will pay for the cost of shipping it to Refine and the cost to return it to you.
2). If the product is returned to us after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, all shipping costs shall be paid by the customers.
3). If it is determined that there is no defect in the product, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then the product will be repaired or replaced only at your request and at your expense and you must bear all shipping costs.
Customers Responsibility:
1). Customer must provide normal care and maintenance (including, but not limited to cleaning filters, coils and pumps).
2). Removal and re-installation of the unit are the sole responsibility of the owner. 
3). Customer who choose to have the unit fixed locally in which case required replacement parts will be sent to the customer at customer’s expense.
4). If the customer cannot return the unit to certified repair center, all costs associated with freight shipment are borne by the customer. 
5). If shipped, the customer is responsible for all risk of loss or damage.
Sellers Responsibility:
Seller’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts or components and does not include any cost of labor (including, but not limited to, labor to remove and/or reinstall any defective part), refrigerant or piping.

POOL/SPA/TUB APPLICATIONS
MISUSE, ABUSE, OR TAMPERING WHETHER INTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL
IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR DESIGN
IMPROPER VOLTAGE
LACK OF NORMAL CARE
FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
3. CORROSION
4. FREEZING
5. ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS DUE TO CHANGES IN LAWS OR BUILDING CODES
6. FREIGHT CHARGES
7. ANY COSTS DUE TO LOST PROFIT OR DELAY
8. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
9. CAUSE BEYOND CONTROL
10. CONSUMABLE PARTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
FILTERS
BATTERIES
POWER CORDS
VALVES
SWITCHES
RUBBER PARTS
11. DIRECT, INDIRECT, COLLATERAL OR INCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND
THE WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES SET FORTH ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN LAW OR IN FACT, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
Air Cleaning Equipment’s total liability, regardless of nature of claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. If a product or component is replaced while under warranty, the applicable warranty period shall not be extended beyond the original warranty time period.
The foregoing shall constitute the total liability of seller in the case of defective performance of all or any of the equipment or services provided to Buyer. Buyer agrees to accept and hereby accepts the foregoing as the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach or alleged breach of warranty by Seller.
Within the whole warranty period, if the products are purchased from an authorized distributor and occur a defect in materials or workmanship, AlorAir will repair or replace the defective part at no charge after doing assessment 
Limited Warranty Exclusions
